Impera Group is seeking experienced and highly motivated Analysts and Consultants to join our team. These positions work directly with Impera Group’s Executive Team to help us or our clients develop strategies to ultimately enhance their sales and marketing processes and results. This includes developing new sales opportunities, creating effective messaging plans and conducting initial sales meetings. B2B Marketing and Sales Analysts and Consultants


Requirements:


  • Education/Experience –– Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university. 0-3 years sales or marketing experience (preferably B2B).


  • Communication –– Capability to interact with senior executives in large global corporations. Outstanding abilities to convey clear, concise and persuasive messages, verbally and written. Strong relationship building and negotiation skills.


  • Personal –– High intelligence. High level of integrity and ethics. Very self-motivated, confident, and professional. Strong work ethic, competitive drive and entrepreneurial spirit. Proactive problem solver with sound decision making capability. High persistence and track-record of achieving goals. High attention to detail and quality. Team orientation but able to effective work independently as well. Ability to multitask and manage time and work load in a fast pace environment. Desire to continuously learn, improve and grow both personally and professionally. International travel experience or foreign language skills are a plus but not needed.


Responsibilities:


  • Marketing/Sales –– Work collaboratively in internal and client teams to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies. Identify and prioritize the best companies and executives that would need our clients’ products/services. With a very consultative approach, conduct initial phone-based sales meetings with very senior executives within typically large corporations to assess whether there is a sales opportunity. Develop creative, customized marketing messages to generate demand for client products or services. Detailed documentation and tracking of numerous concurrent sales pursuits.


  • Research & Analysis –– Use general business knowledge, primary and secondary research, and analytical skills to understand our clients, their industry trends and target markets, competitive positioning, etc. Keeping up to date on relevant client news and trends that may impact customized marketing and sales approach. Analyze patterns, gain insights from sales activities, and provide recommendations to help refine client marketing and sales strategies.


  • Customer Service –– Provide constructive feedback to clients to help improve and shape the strategic direction of their sales targets, industries, messaging, marketing, etc. Serve as the intermediary between a client and a potential new customer for them, helping with scheduling, optimizing, coordination, and general support. Conduct regular meetings and establish strong communications with clients to provide feedback and progress on new and developing opportunities. Build positive, professional relationships and continually exceed expectations to “wow” our clients.
